Comfy Sofa – Shipping Policy

1. Before Delivery
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, customers must:

  • Ensure clear and safe access to the property.

  • Remove any parking restrictions that may affect our 3.5-tonne delivery vans.

  • Measure all doors, hallways, and staircases—minimum width required is 75cm. For tighter spaces, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Standard delivery includes ground floor or front door only. Delivery to other floors or specific rooms may incur an extra charge.

  • You will receive a 4-hour delivery time slot 24 hours prior, so please keep your phone available.

  • A 1-hour notice will be given before arrival. An adult must be present to accept the delivery.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders after 5:00 PM (or after 4:00 PM on Saturdays) are processed the next working day.

  • A member of our team will contact you to confirm the next available delivery window.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • We aim to deliver within 48–72 hours after order confirmation.

  • Delivery is available 7 days a week.

  • Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • Custom or made-to-measure sofas may have extended delivery times—please confirm at the time of inquiry.

4. Delivery Charges & Locations

  • Standard UK delivery: £0 flat rate.

  • Deliveries to postcodes above SA30 or SY10: £60.

  • We delivery to the following postcode areas:
    AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, TR With £90 Charges.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to no response or access, the original delivery charge will still apply.

  • Redelivery will be charged at the same rate as the original delivery.

  • If you cancel after a failed delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

6. Changing Your Delivery Date

  • You may reschedule your delivery with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may incur a £50 fee.

  • If the items have already been dispatched, the full delivery fee will be charged again for redelivery.
