Comfy Sofa – Refund & Return Policy

At Comfy Sofa, we are committed to offering high-quality furniture that meets your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund terms.

1. Change of Mind – 14-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • It is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Any free items received with the order are also returned

Please note: Returns due to colour appearance (influenced by lighting and decor) are considered change of mind and not a fault.

2. Return Process

  • Notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You may arrange your own return or request a collection quote from us (provided within 24 hours).

  • The collection fee must be paid in advance before pickup is scheduled.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Stocked items can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and the return process must be followed.

Custom or made-to-measure sofas, including the following bespoke colours, cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun:
Bourneville, Burnt Orange, Cerise, Claret, Green, Lilac, Lime, Mole, Mustard, New Teal, Olive, Pink, Red, Sky, Teal, Turquoise, Apple, Beige, Denim, Duck, Mocha, Orange, Shark, Taupe

4. Refunds

  • Once returned items pass inspection, a refund will be processed minus the original delivery charge.

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
